استخدام مدیر تیم برنامه‌نویسی (Technical Team Lead)

شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job description:


  • Serves as the engineering leader and technical expert
  • Delegates tasks and achieving sprints and roadmap goals
  •  Proposes and oversees timelines for engineering tasks and projects
  • Answers questions and resolves issues brought forth by the engineering team members
  • Checks and confirms the accuracy of the work performed and the methods used by engineering staff
  • Conducts various tests and quality assurance checks to verify the quality of completed tasks
  •  Identifies risks and forms contingency plans as soon as possible.
  • Takes operational responsibility for the services that are owned by his team to make sure the services are up and running
  • Creates detailed engineering plans, processes, and procedures for engineering staff to use and abide by
  • Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes
  • Coaches, mentors and grows cross-functional teams to form and sustain high performing engineering teams
  •  Hires, trains, and supervises engineering staff members
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  •  Is an active partner to his Product, Design, and Insight peers as part of his role in being an effective leadership team for the whole group
  • Spearheads various research and development initiatives to identify opportunities for new projects and improved processes
  • Prepares and delivers various engineering-related presentations, both internally and externally
  • Evaluates the overall performance of the technical team and individual assessment
  •  Selects and monitors the best software development life cycle based on project technical and production priority 

Requirements:


  • Ability to do tasks effectively under pressure in an agile environment, tight time by shifting priorities, and multiple deadlines
  • Experienced in Back-End and Front-End programming
  • Effective communication and team leading skill
  • Systematic thinking and problem-solving skill
  • Result-oriented mindset
  • Deep knowledge in HR is a plus
  •  At least 6 years of experience in software programming
