Digikala is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to join one of the business lines product team. This is a hands-on UX/UI design role and requires an individual passionate about tackling complex problems by crafting sophisticated, simple, intuitive design solutions.
Your Role and Responsibilities
* Provide best practices knowledge in the creative and design field, i.e., Experience Design, Visual Design, DesignOps, Usability Testing, etc.
* Knowledge of state-of-the-art and emerging digital design tools and trends and how new technologies impact these trends.
* System thinking, the ability to structure and iterate abstract ideas into practical, logical, and scalable solutions aligned with the overall Experience Strategy.
* Contribute your ideas and deep insights into human behavior, experience design, usability, digital product, etc. And can guide clients in adopting a scalable approach for enterprises at the speed of a start-up.

* You demonstrate fluency with design and prototyping software such as Figma, Sketch, Principle, framer, and Illustrator.
* You are a problem solver equipped with design thinking and human-centric method.
* You create visually compelling representations of the interaction, navigation, and organization design (i.e., concept models).
* You have a practical experience in agile delivery, including working in cross-functional squads and overseeing the creation of new design direction and/or development and implementation of digital products and services.
* You effectively communicate thought processes and ideas to inspire and lead other squad members to turn these ideas into engaging, intuitive, and usable experiences as part of a digital product or service.
* You are comfortable in a highly agile and iterative environment where you translate business concepts into journeys, screen flows, and interactions.
* You clearly communicate concepts and design solutions through sketches, wireframes, detailed designs, and prototypes.

Description
- We design and prototype apps and features across the entire ecosystem of apps.
- We craft elegant and comprehensive UX documentation and design artifacts, including app maps, flows, detailed comps, and design specs.
- We create and work using Style Guides and Design Systems
- We value analytics, research, and usability testing to inform simple and intuitive app flows and interfaces.
- We work with Product Management, Product Designer, and Engineering to build best-in-class creative executions.
- We refine and update content to respond to feedback from users and cross-functional team members.
- We ensure that the design intent is maintained throughout the development phase by working closely with engineering teams.
- We craft elegant and comprehensive UX documentation and design artifacts, including app maps, flows, detailed comps, and design specs.
- We create and work using Style Guides and Design Systems
