شرح موقعیت شغلی

A mid-level product designer is responsible for creating user-centered designs for digital products. They conduct research to understand user needs and preferences and translate those insights into intuitive and engaging product designs.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other designers, to develop and refine product requirements
  • Conduct user research, including usability testing and user interviews, to identify user needs and preferences
  • Develop user personas, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate design concepts and ideas
  • Conduct user testing to validate design decisions and iterate on design concepts
  • Ensure designs are accessible and usable for all users, including those with disabilities
  • Maintain and update design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products and platforms

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in product design or related field
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design principles and experience in UX and research areas
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Understanding of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and working in cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
