Create and deliver high-quality, on-brand designs from initial concept through to delivery, working to a specific brief.
● Design visual content for different events in the company and provide advice on activities the make events enjoyable and engaging for the employees.
● Manage print and design vendors to provide high-quality services for outsourcing projects.
● Provide ideas and collaborate with the culture team on internal branding projects.
● Work on designs to produce an effective advertising campaign or content for the blog, social media, and other digital touchpoints.
● Create GIF banners and email marketing designs.
● Meet with the project managers to determine the scope of projects, initiate concepts, select colors, artwork, photography, style of type, and other visual elements for the design, produce mock-ups and illustrations for print or digital.
● Produce animated videos and animated portions of live videos using computers and video production equipment.
Requirements
● Strong graphic design skills.
● Expert in Adobe (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, film editing software like premier).
● Sketching and drawing skills.
● Minimum of 5 years’ experience.
● Offset Printing knowledge.
● Familiarity with color management.
