استخدام Finance Project Management Senior Specialist

شرح موقعیت شغلی

  • Drafting, negotiating, and amending all contracts related to the ad-service team. These contracts include collaboration agreements with brands for advertising campaigns on the Digikala platform, partnership agreements with advertising agencies and other media owners, outsourced projects, and other contractors.
  • Collaborating and coordinating with the financial and legal teams to track the progress of financial projects within the Ad-service team and align contract requirements with DK's financial and legal policies.
  •  Drafting various addendums.
  • Preparing financial and legal correspondence and communications between the ad-service team and other contractors and service providers within and outside the organization.
  • Reviewing and calculating the costs of different business lines based on their advertising expenditure on the Digikala platform.
  • Reviewing and managing the utilization of advertising spots available to the ad-service team for other business lines.
  • Designing and reserving media plans for Business lines.
  • Planning and executing social media campaigns for brands and business lines.
  •  Executing and managing environmental campaigns for brands and business lines.
  • Digikala tariff file designing.
  • Defining and executing voucher based projects.
  • Executing and managing sampling projects.
  • Acting as CRM admin to review, monitor, troubleshoot, and communicate with the relevant team.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering , Marketing, Advertising or related discipline.
  • 2+ years’ experience in Project Management.
  • Understand and evaluate campaign metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skill.
  • The ability to be proactive and take initiative and ownership of projects and relationships.
  • Willingness to learn and accept change.
