استخدام Recruitment Specialist

شرح موقعیت شغلی


Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and identify qualified candidates for direct hire and contingent opportunities
  • Create and publish job in various porta
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring proce
  • Keeps the documentation of the recruitment process up to date
  • Participation in recruitment planning 
  •  Build and report on monthly and annual hiring plans
  •  Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill 
  •  Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys


Job Requirements:

  •   Significant recruitment experience with demonstrated success in attracting and retaining candidates
  •   Motivated self-starter, results-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  •   Effective communication skills
  •   Problem solving skill
  •  Time management and planning skills
  •  Proficiency using MS Office with advanced skills in Excel and Power Point
