Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and identify qualified candidates for direct hire and contingent opportunities
- Create and publish job in various porta
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring proce
- Keeps the documentation of the recruitment process up to date
- Participation in recruitment planning
- Build and report on monthly and annual hiring plans
- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill
- Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys
Job Requirements:
- Significant recruitment experience with demonstrated success in attracting and retaining candidates
- Motivated self-starter, results-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills
- Problem solving skill
- Time management and planning skills
- Proficiency using MS Office with advanced skills in Excel and Power Point
