Job description:
- Have purchasing experience under project procurement
- Knowledge of tendering process
- Have experience in Services Buying
- Expert in Repair and Maintenance buying
- Handling Vendor Evaluations before and after bidding
- Experience in Contract Management
- On-time purchasing and avoiding any supply risks both for material and services
- Negotiate with suppliers to reach an agreement for On-time delivery
- Collaboration with the finance team to organize standard purchasing procedures.
- Preparing the cost-saving report
- Defining lead timetable for each category to have a better delivery view.
Requirements:
- Analytic decision-making and creative thinking skills.
- Bachelor of Mechanical, Industrial, or any related engineering.
- At least 3 year's experience
- Team oriented skills
- Strong negotiation, communication, influencing and problem-solving skills
- Expert in Microsoft office
