استخدام Senior UX Researcher

Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX Researcher to lead our research efforts, drive innovation, and champion a user-centered design approach across our digital products and services.

 Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of user behaviors, needs, and preferences through various qualitative and quantitative research methods including interviews, surveys, usability testing, ethnographic studies, and analytics.
  • Manage user research initiatives across multiple projects, from planning and execution to analysis and dissemination of insights.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, engineers, and marketers to define research goals, prioritize activities, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Mentor and guide junior UX research team members, fostering their growth and development.
  • Utilize advanced quantitative and qualitative research techniques to uncover actionable insights and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze research findings to extract meaningful insights and recommendations that inform design decisions, improvements, Business strategies, and product development.
  • Drive the development and evolution of user personas, journey maps, and other artifacts to inform product strategy and design.
  • Evangelize user research best practices within the organization, advocating for the importance of user-centered design and the value of research-driven insights.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of research methodologies within Digikala's UX team.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX research and design, and incorporate relevant findings into our processes and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop research roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Effectively communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, influencing decision-making and driving improvements to the user experience.
Qualifications:

  • +4 years of experience in a digital product or service environment, with a strong portfolio demonstrating impact and results.
  • Proven expertise in a wide range of research methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative, and the ability to select the most appropriate method for each research question.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with design tools and prototyping tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate research findings and insights to diverse audiences.
  • Experience leading and mentoring junior researchers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
  • Proficiency in tools and software commonly used in UX research such as UserTesting, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Experience in e-commerce research is a strong plus.
  • Passion for user-centered design and a relentless focus on delivering exceptional user experiences.
