We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Campaign Management Senior Specialist to join our Ad Service Department at Digikala. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital advertising, a strong background in campaign management, and a proven ability to drive results through effective ad strategies. This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns to ensure maximum impact and ROI for our sellers .

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive advertising strategies tailored to the needs of our sellers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand campaign objectives and create detailed media plans.
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of advertising campaigns across various platforms.
  • Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed performance expectations.
  • Monitor campaign performance and implement necessary adjustments to improve results.
  • Analyze data and generate insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Utilize A/B testing and other methodologies to continuously improve campaign outcomes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for sellers, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
  • Conduct post-campaign analyses and present results to clients, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline campaign management processes and implement best practices.
  • Collaborate with the product and development teams to enhance ad platform capabilities.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of business principles to align campaign strategies with overall business goals.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to drive revenue growth and improve client satisfaction.
  • Prepare detailed campaign reports and documentation, highlighting key metrics and insights.
  • Maintain accurate records of campaign performance and client communications.
 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in campaign management, preferably within the advertising or e-commerce industry.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale digital advertising campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of advertising principles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
