We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Platform Onboarding and Training Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding process for new seller, ensuring their smooth integration into our platform. You will also develop and deliver training programs to equip sellers with the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed in their partnership with our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional seller experiences.
Job Description:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new sellers into our systems and processes.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for sellers, covering topics such as online business knowledge, operational procedures, and customer service excellence.
- Create training materials, presentations, and manuals to support sellers training initiatives.
- Conduct in-person or virtual training sessions to educate sellers on our company policies, standards, and expectations.
- Monitor seller performance and provide ongoing support and guidance to address any gaps or areas for improvement.
- Regularly assess the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for enhancements or modifications as needed.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the seller onboarding and training function.
- Responsible for seller incubation program
- Project management of all activities and work with multiple stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- 1+ years’ experience in related field in ecommerce industry.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- learning management systems (LMS) are preferred
