استخدام Strategy & Market Research Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting deep market research, benchmarking industry standards, and generating actionable insights that drive our advertising strategies. You will work closely with various business functions to ensure our ad services are optimized for success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze industry trends and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities and best practices that can enhance our ad services.
  • Leverage your strong business sense to understand the impact of different functions on our advertising performance and overall business goals.
  • Collaborate with teams across Digikala, including marketing, sales, product, and finance, to gather insights and align ad service strategies.
  • Regularly review and interpret ECRM reports to extract valuable insights that support our ad service initiatives.
  • Conduct in-depth research on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform strategic advertising decisions.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations that clearly communicate research findings, insights, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Quickly analyze data and reports to generate key insights that will drive the success of our ad services.
Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business analysis, market research, or a related field, preferably within the digital or e-commerce industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with ECRM tools and other business intelligence platforms.
  • Ability to perform deep research and produce well-organized, insightful reports.
  • Strong business acumen with an understanding of how different functions contribute to overall business success.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and quickly derive insights from data.
