Job Duties
- Figuring out how much to compensate an employee for their job title, roles and responsibilities.
- Researching compensation and benefit plans to create a competitive offering for their company.
- Working with benefits vendors and investment brokers.
- Support of managers in their decisions about compensation packages and ways to motivate employees.
- Assess employees needs by conducting organizational surveys.
- Create and analyze job descriptions evaluations and classifications.
- Conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks.
- Coming up with new ways to motivate the employees.
- Updating the existing compensation and benefits program.
- Conducting detailed research on salaries and labor markets.
Job Requirements
- BA in human resources, business administration or similar relevant field.
- Previous working experience as a compensation and benefits specialist for (2) years.
- Adequate and proven analytical skills
- Networking and Influencing skills.
- Adequate Negotiation skills.
- Strong Time Management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines.
- Experience with employee satisfaction surveys.
- Team Player.
- Great attention to details, very careful and precise.
- English Language.
- Word / Excel / PPT.
- Familiar with job evaluation and job analysis systems (GGS, Hey methods).
- Familiarity with labor legislation.
