VoIP Engineer
Creating a suitable and excellent way of communication for our customers requires knowledge and a whole lot of ideas and innovation. We in the unified communication team are looking for a creative and professional person to be with us in this way. The UC team provides a set of solutions for customer communication. Building customer call center explanations, and phone calls and automating them is a portion of this team's assignment. If you are a professional in the field of vape and want to experience working on a large scale, we are waiting.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing VoIP solutions for teams and groups
- Managing the changes and recording the events
- Monitoring, T-Shooting and solving technical issues
- Collaborating with teams to find solutions
- Working in a team on shared projects
- Sharing knowledge with colleagues
- Providing documentation, guidance and reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Two years of experience in IP telephony systems
- Proven experience working with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (UCM) and VoIP technologies
- Strong understanding of SIP, RTP, and other VoIP protocols
- Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Participate in 24/7 support and on-call rotation, including incident management duties
Good to have:
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent certification
- Experience with Linux
- Familiar with Python or scripting language
