شرح موقعیت شغلی

  • The Digital Workplace Engineer will be a key member of the Digital Workplace Services team within the Platform and Productivity sub-department, which falls under the Technology department. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining digital workplace solutions that enhance productivity, collaboration, communication, and user experience.

  • Responsibilities
    • Create custom solutions and integrations to enhance the digital workplace.
    • Development and scripting for automating routine tasks.
    • Leveraging technology to increase productivity.
    • Proactively identify opportunities for digital transformation within the organization.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and support digital workplace initiatives.
    • Excellent communication skills to interact with end-users and stakeholders.

  • Qualifications
    • Mastery in PowerShell
    • Strong understanding of DotNet, and its application in scripting and automation.
    • Background in Web, API and middleware development.
    • Familiarity with managing user identities and access controls using Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and ADFS.
    • Experience with Exchange Server administration.
    • Familiarity with Office 365 services, including email, SharePoint, and Teams.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure) are a plus.
    • Problem-solving mindset and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
    • Adaptability to evolving technologies and industry trends.
