DigiExpress is a forward-thinking logistic company dedicated to pushing the boundaries of technology. We are seeking a talented and experienced Center of Excellence Manager. This position requires a unique blend of expertise in Talent & Leadership Development, Organizational Development, Compensation & Benefits, and People Analytics.
Responsibilities are but not limited to:
- Own and manage the L&D strategy and execution with a focus on tangible business impact
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external partners to design and deliver leadership development programs
- Ensure robust measurement tactics to measure and monitor the impact of L&D
- Contributing to the structuring of departments to increase efficiency and align activities with business objectives.
- Manage the process for preparing organization design alternatives, testing them against design criteria.
- Design jobs and roles, create competency models and career paths to aid in the employee selection and rotation.
- Enable effective, data-driven decision-making by aggregating and analyzing complex data across multiple, disparate data sources and presenting insights in a holistic, solution-oriented, and actionable format.
- Deep understanding of HR data structure and systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS, and other business-facing systems) to understand the upstream and downstream effects of data changes on systems and processes.
- Experience of analyzing HR data and ability to create intuitive visualizations.
- Designing the basic compensation structures in the organization (grading system, job evaluation system, job description policy, promotion policy, etc) aligned with the corporate culture and values.
- Conduct salary surveys to determine competitive compensation plans and benefits programs.
- Monitor all compensation and benefits-related payments and activities within the company’s policy.
- Provide and manage ESOP policy if needed.
- Plan and monitor the HR budget.
- Actively educate and empower our BP’s, recruiters, leaders, and stakeholders via continuous training, adoption, and engagement of data-driven people decisions mindset across and compensation area.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in human resources manaپorganizational psychology, Mathematics, MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of Proven experience in HR Development functions including an understanding of best practices coupled with strong business acumen.
- Skilled at building partnerships and relationships at every level
- Advanced proficiency in office and business administration software.
- Exceptional interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent leadership and collaboration skills.
