استخدام Creative Project Manager (Ad Service)

We are looking for a Creative Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution of our online advertising campaigns and creative projects. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of project management expertise, digital marketing knowledge, and analytical skills to ensure the successful delivery of campaigns that meet client objectives and drive results. Experience in digital marketing, advertising agencies, or in-house campaign teams is highly beneficial.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage creative projects from brief to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders, including graphic designers, copywriters, product designers, and key account managers.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies to minimize disruptions and delays.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and creative initiatives.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and analytics to identify trends and evaluate success against predefined benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with data analysts and marketing specialists to conduct in-depth analysis and derive actionable recommendations for campaign optimization.
  • Oversee the collection and synthesis of campaign data from various sources, including ad platforms, website analytics, and customer databases.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform and refine campaign strategies.
  • Foster strong relationships and effective communication with internal teams, including graphic design, copywriters, marketing, and key accounts, to align project objectives and deliverables.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, providing regular updates, addressing inquiries, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and coordination to ensure seamless project workflow and resolution of issues.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, project management, or a related field. An advanced degree or certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in project management roles within digital marketing, advertising agencies, or in-house marketing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive innovative solutions and overcome challenges.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
