We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Account Management Supervisor to join our Ad Service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic communication plans and creative solutions for our brand partners and sellers. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple advertising campaigns simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic communication plans and creative solutions based on briefs received from brands and sellers.
  • Execute and manage advertising campaigns across Digikala's advertising platforms.
  • Monitor the performance of advertising campaigns, ensuring they meet the objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance, including annual performance reports for brands and sellers.
  • Analyze campaign results to provide actionable insights and recommendations for future improvements.
  • Establish and maintain direct communication with brands and sellers regarding the execution of advertising campaigns.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss campaign progress, address concerns, and gather feedback.
  • Oversee the execution of advertising campaigns and ensure coordination with various service providers.
  • Collaborate with different business lines to ensure the seamless execution of brand and seller campaigns on their advertising spaces as publishers.
  • Coordinate with commercial teams to align on the execution of campaigns related to brands and sellers.
  • Plan and execute sponsorship campaigns and define various events to attract sponsors, such as International Coffee Day, Wedding Campaigns, etc.
  • Design, implement, and prepare reports for major campaigns (Big Campaigns).
  • Develop comprehensive account/creative briefs for the execution of brand/seller advertising campaigns for the creative team.
  • Ensure that creative briefs are clear, actionable, and aligned with the client's objectives.
  • Draft and negotiate revenue-sharing contracts and collaborate with advertising agencies.
  • Manage relationships with media owners and other advertising agencies to facilitate campaign execution.
  • Plan and execute performance-driven advertising campaigns aimed at achieving specific business goals.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in account management, advertising, or marketing, preferably within a digital or e-commerce environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms and tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage external partners effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
