RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Reconciling every refund transaction done by NFA by PSP, Bank & supernova & Kowsar
- Reconciling every refund transaction done by Digipay by DP, Bank & supernova & Kowsar
- Following up all refund related tasks with PSPs
- Analysing DP’s refund trend and estimating next day’s possible refund in order to charge them accordingly
- Monitoring any abnormality in refund procedure and following up the issue with related department
- Performing day by day bank reconciliation for all NFA bank accounts and following up the discrepancies with related users
Qualifications, Competencies & Skills :
- High self-controlling / reconciliation / follow up & Team work skills
- High precision, Agility & flexibility
- Fluent with excel
