As part of our ongoing commitment to innovation, we are expanding our team and seeking a dynamic Research and Development Specialist to contribute to our forward-thinking initiatives.
Position Overview:
As a Research and Development Specialist in the TI Studio, you will play a pivotal role in influencing decision-making processes through insightful research. Your focus will be on the intersection of technology, innovation, and the ever-evolving e-commerce landscape. Join our team and be at the forefront of shaping the future of Digikala Group.
Responsibilities:
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Conduct comprehensive research to gather global insights into technological advancements and industry trends.
- Share insights with Digikala's management, acting as a strategic resource for informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with managers to develop customized solutions based on research findings.
- Align the product portfolio with global trends to meet the diverse needs of Digikala's customer base.
- Empower development teams by providing insights for the creation of Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and innovative solutions.
- Address emerging market needs through technology and innovation.
- Develop plans to make research insights not only useful but also attractive to our audience.
- Utilize channels such as our website's blog and a quarterly magazine to disseminate findings.
Competencies and Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, etc.).
- Proven track record in research and development, with a focus on technology and innovation.
- Strong background in writing reports, articles, and comprehensive research documentation.
- Exceptional writing skills, capable of producing clear, concise, and engaging content.
- Previous experience in crafting articles, reports, or publications is highly desirable.
- Robust analytical skills to interpret data and trends effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct in-depth analyses, providing actionable and strategic recommendations.
- Proficient in utilizing communication tools and platforms for effective dissemination of research findings.
- Familiarity with crafting content for blogs, websites, and publications.
- Sound understanding of technological advancements, industry trends, and emerging tools.
- Knowledge of e-commerce and related technologies is advantageous.
