Job description:

Data gathering and Lead the budgeting and forecasting process across Digikala’s business lines and departments, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Develop detailed budgets and reforecasts at vertical and category levels with insightful financial modeling.
Review and validate inputs from various departments, ensuring data integrity and consistency in final budget files.
Oversee monthly financial and KPI updates in budget models, providing meaningful analysis of deviations vs. forecast.
Maintain and enhance cash planning dashboards; provide weekly reports with variance analysis and scenario planning recommendations.
Conduct deep-dive cash planning analysis and present actionable insights to improve liquidity management.
Prepare ad hoc financial analysis and strategic reports for executive decision-making.
Collaborate Market research initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams to support financial strategy.
Design and deliver executive-level presentations, including board decks and budget review materials.

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, economic or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in Budgeting & Planning, preferably in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and scenario analysis.
Strong command of PowerPoint and ability to create executive-level presentations.
Proven ability to manage complex data sets with a high level of accuracy.
Excellent time management and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Prior experience in budgeting within an E-commerce or tech-driven company is a strong plus.
Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and ability to build automated reports is an advantage.
Strong communication and stakeholder management and communication skills.
