استخدام Marketing Manager (Ad Service)

We are looking for a highly skilled and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our Ad Service Department at Digikala. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in marketing, particularly within the realm of digital advertising. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, capable of driving growth and innovation in our advertising services.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive growth in the Ad Service department.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee advertising campaigns across various digital platforms, ensuring they meet the desired objectives and KPIs.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Creative to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and advertising, and apply this knowledge to improve our strategies and operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote Ad Service products.
  • Oversee content creation and maintenance across digital platforms.
  • Execute campaigns to raise awareness of Ad Service offerings.
  • Train sellers through indirect sales methods like webinars and support materials.
  • Implement strategies to attract and convert potential customers.
     
     
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital advertising. Previous experience in a managerial role is preferred.
  • In-depth understanding of digital advertising platforms and technologies.
  • Knowledge of the e-commerce industry and its marketing dynamics.
