• Work in a team with OpenStack/Linux engineers, network engineers, and data center technicians.
• Participate as a member of the Cloud team responsible for the management and operation of multiple OpenStack Clouds.
• Support and work with DigiCloud colleagues and Digikala group companies as clients.
• Deep dive into technical issues.
• Review and improve reliability requirements DigiCloud (capacity planning, applying new paradigms and technologies, etc.)
• Making sure our infrastructure is secure, up to date and performant.
• Assess systems utilization to assist in troubleshooting and performance tuning.
• Create and maintain scripts and Ansible playbooks/roles for effective maintenance.
• Provide support to our stakeholders by doing on-call shifts

• Strong understanding of Linux systems and services.
• Ability to script in one or more scripting languages, like Python and Bash.
• Strong knowledge of Ansible and Terraform.
• Good knowledge and experience of OpenStack or Ceph projects (both is a big PLUS).
• Experienced in Kernel-based Virtual Machine (KVM) virtualization.
• Experienced in monitoring systems: Prometheus/Grafana.
• Experience working with Git.
• Write and maintain technical documentation and best practices.
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• The ability to adapt to new technical environments.

• Understanding of software defined networking (SDN), network concepts, and load balancing.
• Familiar with container technologies like LXC and Docker.
• Familiar with Message broker tools like RabbitMQ.
• Familiar with relational databases like MySQL, MariaDB or Percona.
