استخدام (Data Scientist(Marketing Insights Team

Overview: As a Data Scientist in the Marketing Insights Team, you will leverage data analytics, machine learning, and statistical modeling to provide actionable insights that drive marketing strategies and improve business outcomes. You will be responsible for analyzing large datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and opportunities to enhance marketing campaigns, customer segmentation, and overall brand performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Analysis & Modeling: 
    • Analyze and interpret marketing data (campaign performance, customer behavior, ROI analysis). 
    • Develop predictive models to forecast customer behavior, campaign effectiveness, and marketing ROI. 
    • Apply advanced statistical methods and machine learning algorithms to drive data-driven marketing strategies. 
    • Use clustering and segmentation techniques to identify customer groups and personalize marketing efforts. 
  2. Campaign Performance Insights: 
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives across different channels (social media, email, paid ads). 
    • Optimize marketing spend by analyzing multi-touch attribution models and identifying key drivers of campaign success. 
  3. Data Visualization & Reporting: 
    • Create dashboards and visualizations to present insights to marketing and leadership teams. 
    • Communicate complex data insights in a clear, concise manner to non-technical stakeholders. 
  4. Collaboration with Marketing Teams: 
    • Work closely with marketing strategists, product teams, and sales to align data insights with business goals. 
    • Assist in defining key performance indicators (KPIs) for various marketing activities. 
    • Partner with data engineering teams to ensure clean data pipelines and integrations for marketing tools. 
Requirements:

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Industrial engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Marketing Analytics, or related disciplines.
Skills & Experience:

  1. Technical Skills: 
    • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and model development. 
    • Experience with SQL to query large datasets. 
    • Strong knowledge of statistical modeling and machine learning techniques (e.g., regression, clustering, classification, recommendation systems). 
    • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar. 
  2. Marketing Analytics: 
    • Experience working with marketing datasets (e.g., CRM, web analytics, ad performance data). 
    • Knowledge of multi-channel marketing strategies, customer lifetime value (CLV) models, and marketing attribution. 
  3. Soft Skills: 
    • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. 
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations. 
    • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams. 
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with big data tools (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
  • Background in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing channels.
