-Consult and support Hiring Managers to recruit the best available talents for vacant positions in the technology Department.
-Following end to end of the recruitment process from Hiring request, CV sourcing, and interviewing to offer negotiation and on-boarding.
-Conducting different interview methods such as behavioral, Group & Panel Interviews, ...
- Interview job applicants on professional experience, education, training, skills, and behavioral assessments and personality tests.
-Reference and background checks of applicants
-Prepare documentation for the hiring process
-Have basic knowledge about Technology job positions
-Education: BA or Master Degree in related fields like MBA, HRM, Industrial Management or Computer Engineering.
-Experience: Minimum 2 years Recruitment experience essential
-Professional knowledge of all HR areas particularly Recruitment and hiring
-Ability to work as a team player
-Result Oriented Approach
-Analytical Skills
-Advanced office
-Language: Fluent in English (Oral and Written)
