We are looking for a Mid-Level UX Designer to join our design team.
What you'll do:
* Leveraging a human-centered design process to create easy-to-use user interfaces that streamline complex user tasks
* Research and review design patterns, concepts and competitor products
* Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups
* Collecting and assessing user needs
* Developing workflows based on user needs
* Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups
* Designing for accessibility standards
* Developing and performing usability testing
* Keeping current with industry trends
What do you bring:
* 1+ years of UX-related experience.
* Working knowledge of UX design principles
* UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch or InVision
* Experience with HTML/CSS would be an asset
* Experience with usability testing
* Willingness to explore industry trends in technology and design
* Familiarity with information architecture and interaction design
* A strong portfolio of design projects that highlights experience in designing usable, web-based interfaces
