We are a fast-growing tech startup that is focused on developing user-centered applications. We are looking for a talented UI/UX designer to join our team and help us design and develop an intuitive and engaging application that meets the needs of our users.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with other designers, product managers, and developers to design and develop a user-centered application
- Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions
- Develop personas, user journeys, and other design documentation
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and all related elements to provide a consistent and usable user interface
- Develop and maintain design systems and design guidelines
- Deliver designs to developers and ensure the proper implementation of the design
- Continuously iterate and update designs based on user feedback and needs
Requirements:
- Ability to define and solve problems based on standard design methods, from ideation to implementation
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a UI/UX designer
- Proficient in Figma and Figjam as primary design tools
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Proficient in user research, usability, and design thinking
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong time management and task management skills
- Experience working with design systems
- Attention to detail and a strong eye for design
Bonus points for:
- Experience designing and conducting usability tests
- Knowledge of Design Sprint and Lean UX methodologies
- Experience working on live and active products
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS
