شرح موقعیت شغلی
- Act as the Corporate Security liaison for the Respective Region. Overall responsibility for security, Fraud, and Vigilance for the region.
- Conduct regular random night and day physical checks of warehouse guards and CCTV.
- Submit reports, incident, and investigation reports for all cases.
- Maintain and improve the relationship with the security service providers and local police.
- Implement security standards, policies, and procedures.
- Write and send daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Prepare and send monthly external guard timesheet.
- Control and supervision of security team in his area according to their duties.
- Training the new security guard.
- Ensure all security systems, like the burglar alarms and CCTV are working properly.
- Control the employees at the time of entrance and exit.
- Random or spot-check of items during the delivery.
- Familiar with logistics processes.
- Regular visits to the delivery branches.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the field of security management. (5 years)
- Being able to work under pressure.
- Good documentation skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Familiar with command of English.
- Ability to identify important matters and prioritize.
- Ability to distinguish, investigate, handle, and resolve related issues.
- Having CCTV monitoring experience and sufficient knowledge of security devices.
- Ability to effectively manage internal and external security teams.
