Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) strategies to ensure alignment between demand, supply, and financial plans.
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and maintain integrated business plans.
- Facilitate S&OP meeting and collaborate
- Monitor and analyze current and historical customer demand patterns.
- Analyze and provide insights on supply and demand constraints, potential risks, and opportunities
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, Operation, and finance teams to meet financial goals.
- Prepare and present reports, forecasts, and recommendations to management.
- Manage S&OP activities that provide analysis which drive business decisions relative to improving service level, efficiency, and customer service via streamlining processes and cost savings projects (Continuous Improvement)
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics and KPIs.
Requirements and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and turn it into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to facilitate collaboration between diverse teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.
