- Our HR Partners are known to be subject matter experts on HR programs, processes, and tools.
- They act as the frontline consultant to the business, working with managers to create a positive employee experience and offering the best HR advice on people matters.
- They operate and are subject matter experts with deep knowledge of company and local programs, processes, and policies; they offer strong, credible, and compelling advice to business leaders on managing their teams.
- They are dedicated to collaboration with HR Business Partners aligned with various businesses.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity, and development of HR within the company
- Successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; high quality document and report preparation
- Ability to work independently, as well as an active member of both business and HR teams
- Ability to analyze data, prepare analytical reports, and work with related graphs.
