Job Description

We are currently looking for a Junior Data Analyst to help monitor business performance through data analysis, KPI tracking, and dashboard development. If you're passionate about working with data, providing meaningful insights, and enabling data-driven decision-making, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and monitor KPIs across different teams.
  • Continuously analyze performance dashboards.
  • Train new employees on dashboard usage and prepare training documentation and processes.
  • Design dashboard templates.
  • Prepare reports from databases as needed.
Required Skills & Experience

  • Ability to analyze business and performance data (Sales, Marketing, Support, etc.).
  • Ability to analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ability to create documentation and training processes for internal teams.
  • Basic familiarity with dashboarding tools (Excel, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with SQL.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present analytical reports to different teams.
