شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking a data analyst to work in a friendly environment.
To work in this job position, you need to have the ability to work with data visualization tools (Power BI).
You should also be interested in regularly monitoring the existing dashboards to improve them and report on the changes in them.
Also, you should be very interested in researching internal and external sources to define the necessary KPIs, etc.
Sometimes dashboards need to be tested and validated.
It may also be necessary to use machine learning methods with Python language for some analysis.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide suggestions for improving existing dashboards
  • Interpret and regularly monitor existing data and dashboards, analyze them using statistical techniques and providing periodic reports
  • Regular study of internal and external sources to extract KPIs and other required items
  • Test dashboards' validation
  • Develop machine learning solutions with Python

Requirements:

  • Familiar with the concepts of Business Intelligence (BI)
  • Ability to work with Power BI
  • Mastering the DAX and M language
  • Fluent in English
  • Mastery of statistical methods and data analysis
  • Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized and responsible
  • Interest in innovations and new technologies
  • Team-work spirit
  • Enthusiastic about learning and facing new challenges
  • Familiar with machine learning concepts and methods and Python language
  • Ability to work with AI is considered an advantage
  • Familiar with business concepts is considered an advantage

Our expectations:


1st week:
Onboarding process in Didar CRM in support and sales teams

1st month:
You get to know people, teams, products, and technologies we use. You start working with your team and you will be familiar with main dashboars and report template

1st quarter:
you read references and define KPI
You provide suggestions for improving existing dashboards


in 6 months
You prepare good reports about dashboards


in 1 year
You understand the strengths and weaknesses of the company's teams
