This is a full-time remote job, with 173 hours per month and your work will be tracked using the Time Doctor platform. 

Location: Remote (Based in Vancouver, Canada time zone)

About It’s Here (DelGate):
Production of software 3PL Choice Delivery Management and Warehouse Management (WMS), Delivery App and Scheduling App all in It’s Here.

Position Overview:
As a Senior SEO Specialist at It's Here and Delgate Logistics, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our online visibility and shaping our SEO strategies. This remote position aligns with the Vancouver, Canada time zone and requires a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in SEO.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Devise and execute robust SEO strategies to enhance search engine rankings and organic traffic.
  • Expertise in On-Page SEO and Off-Page SEO principles. 
  • Proficient use of Google tools for website analysis and optimization (Search Console, Analytics, Tag Manager).
  • Detailed technical insight into optimizing pages for discovery, crawl, and indexation.
  • Fixing SEO errors ( Technical SEO and On-Page SEO )
  • Ability to define, monitor, and create necessary strategies to achieve SEO KPIs. 
  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts and principles. 
  • Mastery of Keyword Research and content calendar creation for the content team. 
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, covering keyword research, ad creation, and budget management.
  • Craft and oversee compelling content marketing initiatives, including blog posts, articles, and social media content.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
  • Stay abreast of the latest SEO trends and industry best practices to keep It’s Here Logistics ahead of the curve.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in SEO.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Expertise in SEO, Google Ads, and content creation.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce, logistics, or supply chain industries is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
  • Creative thinking with a results-driven mindset.
  • Experience with marketing tools and platforms.
