Job Description:
As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our frontend applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, backend engineers, and product managers, to deliver seamless and engaging user experiences. Your expertise in React will be critical in building reusable, efficient, and scalable components that power our applications.

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our frontend applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, backend engineers, and product managers, to deliver seamless and engaging user experiences. Your expertise in React will be critical in building reusable, efficient, and scalable components that power our applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality, responsive, and performant web applications using React.
- Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX designs into clean, reusable, and efficient code.
- Optimize components for maximum performance across a wide range of devices and browsers.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with the team.
- Work closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow.
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks and bugs to improve application stability.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in frontend development, particularly in the React ecosystem.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and advocate for best practices in frontend development.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on React.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, MobX, or Context API.
- Strong understanding of component-based architecture and reusable component design.
- Familiarity with modern frontend build tools and workflows (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
- Good understanding of algorithm and software engineering.
This is a full-time remote job, with 174 hours per month and your work will be tracked using the Time Doctor platform.
