شرح موقعیت شغلی

• Community Outreach: Identify, enter, and engage with relevant DeFi, L2, and infrastructure project communities on Discord and Telegram.
• Lead Generation: Initiate thoughtful, non-spammy conversations with project founders, marketing leads, and data analysts to understand their analytics pain points.
• Service Pitching: Articulate our Dune Analytics services (custom dashboards, user retention, TVL tracking, etc.) in a clear, value-driven manner.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain a simple CRM (Notion/Google Sheets) of contacted projects, follow-ups, and conversion status.
• Market Intelligence: Report emerging trends (e.g., new protocols, airdrop seasons, security incidents) that could benefit from our analytics.
• AI-Assisted Workflow: Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude) to draft outreach messages, summarize project docs, and prepare personalized talking points faster.

• Writing & Communication (High Priority): You can write a cold DM that reads like a warm introduction. No "gm, ser" spam. Grammar, tone, and personalization matter.
• DeFi & Blockchain Knowledge: Deep understanding of terms like TVL, yield farming, lending protocols, DEXs, bridges, and on-chain transactions. You can explain what a "unique wallet" or "swap slippage" means.
• Dune Analytics Familiarity: You understand what Dune does (querying with SQL, creating visualizations). You don't need to be a coder, but you must explain the value of a custom dashboard.
• Fast Learner: Web3 changes daily. You can quickly understand a project's docs and identify how our analytics could help them (e.g., "You need a churn dashboard for your stakers").
• AI Tools Proficiency: You regularly use ChatGPT (or similar) to improve writing tone, translate jargon, summarize whitepapers, and track conversation threads efficiently.
