شرح موقعیت شغلی

JOB DESCRIPTION


As a Senior Smart Contract Engineer, you will play an integral part in shaping the future of our platform. 
Your main role will be designing, developing, and implementing smart contracts for our DeFi protocol, with a focus on security, efficiency, and scalability. 
You will also contribute to architectural decisions, testing, and code reviews while staying updated on the latest advancements in blockchain technologies and DeFi protocols.


Responsibilities:


Design, develop, and implement smart contracts using Solidity for our DeFi protocol.

Ensure the security, efficiency, and scalability of the smart contracts.

Collaborate closely with the product team to define requirements, provide technical insights, and innovate on our platform.

Conduct extensive testing and debugging to ensure the robustness of smart contracts.

Maintain and enhance the existing codebase to improve performance and user experience.

Stay updated on the latest advancements in blockchain technologies, DeFi protocols, and smart contract best practices.

Participate actively in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Mentor and guide junior developers.

Collaborate with external auditors to conduct code audits and vulnerability assessments.


JOB REQUIREMENTS


At least 3 years of experience in software development, focusing on blockchain and DeFi projects.

Strong proficiency in Solidity and familiarity with Ethereum Virtual Machine and development environments like Hardhat or Truffle.

Proven track record of designing and implementing complex smart contracts.

Familiarity with main DeFi protocols like AAVE, Curve, Uniswap, Compound, etc.

Understanding of concepts like AMMs, yield farming, and liquidity pools.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical challenges.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Proficiency in software development best practices, including version control (Git), automated testing, and continuous integration.
