شرح موقعیت شغلی

Have you spent countless hours doing research on DeFi?
Are you crypto native?
Terms like L1, L2, RWA, LP, airdrop, incentives, ve(3,3), PoS, LSD, LRT, DePIN ring a bell?
Can you explain the curve wars and the difference between Solana and Ethereum blockchains?
You know what Data Availability is and how it impacts modular blockchains?
Are you following the development with EigenLayer and Restaking protocols?
Are you fluent in English? Do you have great writing skills?

If you've answered yes to most of these questions, then this role is for you.


Tasks

  • Conduct in-depth cryptocurrency market research on trends, narratives, ecosystems volumes, liquidity, dynamics, etc.
  • Analyze datasets using statistical tools to extract meaningful insights and visualizations.
  • Generate comprehensive research reports and analysis to educate clients, adjacent stakeholders, and broader audiences. 
  • Effectively communicate findings through written reports, presentations, and client interactions.
  • Closely monitor cryptocurrency developments, identifying emerging trends, market intelligence, and risks.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality control for research and insights.

Skills you should HODL

  • 1-3 years’ experience in crypto, financial research, investment strategy, portfolio management or data analysis. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, data science, or related field is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities are required. 
  • Understanding of index use cases and cryptocurrency market structure. 
  • Detail-oriented with commitment to accurate, reliable research.
  • Data analysis proficiency in Excel is required.
  • Experience with data visualization tools.
  • Intellectual curiosity and deep interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain along with some familiarity with cryptocurrency markets and blockchain technology.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Statistical analysis and modeling knowledge.
  • Able to work in a team environment whilst benefitting from great autonomy.
  • Self- starting, ambitious, and motivated by the opportunity to define an emerging asset class.

Nice to have

  • CFA designation or progress towards.
  • Proficiency in Python or SQL is a plus.
  • Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced fintech startup environment is a bonus.
