Job Description

Designing and developing scalable applications and features for online solutions
Building reusable code and libraries for future use
Ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
Assuring that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end
Creating standards and operating procedures in the analysis, design, development, debugging, and modification of computer code for end user applications, and production support
Researching and proposing new approaches to work, new tools, and new best practices for the team
Implementing tests to ensure fulfillment of business and functional requirements
Coordinating with developers and product manager to identify needs early in the software development life-cycle

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of related experience
Should have noticeable active and live projects
Strong development expertise using core tools HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP
Demonstrated ability to translate visual designs in to completed HTML pages while strictly adhering to design specifications.
Experience with JavaScript and jQuery
Experience with Bootstrap framework
Experience working with WordPress, building custom WordPress themes and/or plugins, and configuring content using custom fields
Experience using CSS Grid, CSS Flexbox
Experience using Advanced Custom Fields
Experience with cross browser compatibility
Detail-oriented approach to editing and testing websites for accuracy, usability, and accessibility
Familiarity with SEO best practices, structured data protocols, and website analytics.
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Comfortable working as part of a small and busy creative team
Ability to adhere to production schedules and work under tight deadlines
Designing and implementing new features and functionality
Ensuring high-performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS
Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML)
