Responsibilities:
- Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview, and select applicants.
- Prepare personnel forecasts to project employment needs.
- Determine selection criteria for the recruitment procedure.
- Source potential candidates through diverse channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements.
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
- Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster a positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
- Study legislation, arbitration decisions, and collective bargaining contracts to assess industry trends.
- Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as job applications, CV screening, CBIs, assessment centers, hires, etc.
- Develop, administer, and evaluate applicant tests.
- Negotiate bargaining agreements and help interpret labor contracts
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a talent acquisition professional or a similar role.
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
- Proper English proficiency level in order to research and study the latest publications and standards.
