HR Expert Job Summary
Human Resources (HR) Expert is a HR professional responsible for providing support in the various human resources and functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counseling.
The HR Expert will be involved in sourcing, recruiting, planning the overall HR strategy and assist in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate HR Expert who will be involved in sourcing, recruiting, planning the overall HR strategy and assist in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures.

HR Expert Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, implementation and management of the overall Talent Acquisition strategy
Coordinating Job Interviews with the candidate and the interviews via email
Conducting General (fit) Interviews with applicants
Screening applicant CVs in the HR screening stage
Drafting the integration of recruitment process data
- Provide counseling and support on policies and procedures
Overseeing the conduct of employees in order to ensure the adherence to professional ethics and HR policies
Drafting HR policies and documents
- Perform duties such as job descriptions, job posting and promotion and hiring analytics
Conducting Job Analysis processes
Developing Job Descriptions
- Create, implement and manage onboarding plans
- Identified KPIs for HR department
- Plan and implement training programs
Training technical staff and heads about the guidelines and methods of interview
- Assist in performance management and employee evaluation
- Maintaining employee records and paperwork
- Adhere to laws and regulations
- Drawing up plans for future personnel hiring procedures and goals
- Developing and edition of recruitment assessment tools and psychological tests
Conducting R&D concerning psychological assessment of the applicants
Calculating the validity and reliability of recruitment assessment tools based on the performance evaluation system
HR Expert Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience as an HR Officer or similar HR role
- Excellent knowledge of various HR functions such as pay & benefits, recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, training & development etc.
- Good understanding of labor laws
- Proficient in MS Office and statistical analysis software
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solver
- Good decision-making skills
- Strong ethical standards
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field
- Additional HR education and certification
