• Design, develop, and execute manual test scenarios and test cases
• Perform functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and end-to-end testing
• Validate APIs using tools such as Postman
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, DevOps, and Design teams
• Identify, document, track, and verify software defects
• Participate in requirement analysis, sprint planning, and QA review sessions
• Contribute to test strategy, QA processes, and quality standards
• Perform performance and load testing activities using tools such as K6
• Ensure product quality across web applications, backend services, and APIs
• Execute and maintain automated test cases where applicable
• Support release validation and production sanity checks

• 3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance
• Strong understanding of software testing principles and STLC
• Experience testing web applications and backend APIs
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman
• Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks such as Cypress/Playwright
• Familiarity with bug tracking and project management tools
• Understanding of automated testing concepts and QA best practices
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in agile and fast-paced environments
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

• Experience in fintech, banking, payment, or wallet products
• Familiarity with performance testing tools such as K6
• Experience with SQL and database testing
• Familiar with UX basic concepts
