Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Communications Manager to develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communications strategies for our mobile phone manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will lead brand communications, product launches, and marketing campaigns while ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive MarCom strategies aligned with business objectives
- Create and manage annual marketing communications budget
- Plan and execute product launch campaigns
- Develop and maintain the company's marketing calendar
2. Brand Management
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and materials
- Oversee brand guidelines and ensure compliance
- Manage brand positioning and messaging
- Monitor brand perception and market trends
3. Content Development & Management
- Manage content calendar for all channels
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and strategy
4. Digital Marketing
- Oversee social media strategy and execution
- Manage company website content
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns
- Monitor digital marketing metrics and ROI
5. Public Relations
- Develop and maintain media relationships
- Monitor presee releases and media communications
- Manage crisis communications when needed
- Coordinate press events and product launches
6. Team Management
- Lead and mentor marketing team members
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors
- Collaborate with sales, product, and other departments
- Manage project timelines and deliverables
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Master's degree preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 5-7 years of marketing communications experience
- At least 3 years of experience in technology/mobile phone industry
- Proven track record in managing successful marketing campaigns
- Experience with product launches and go-to-market strategies
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of CMS platforms
