We are looking for a sharp, highly skilled, and internationally minded Research & Business Development Specialist to support an ongoing global project.
In short: We are not looking for an average researcher. We need someone who thinks fast, communicates even faster, understands international business dynamics, and can turn research into real business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on international markets, industries, and business opportunities
- Identify potential partners, clients, and strategic opportunities
- Communicate and engage with international contacts when required
- Analyze data and convert insights into actionable business recommendations
- Support the expansion and development of global business initiatives
- Provide structured, high-quality research outputs for decision-making
Requirements
- Exceptional English proficiency (must be strong in spoken communication) — this is the most critical requirement
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
- Outgoing, socially confident, and comfortable engaging with international professionals
- High intelligence, fast thinking, and strong attention to detail
- Solid understanding of global business ecosystems outside of Iran
- Strong research capabilities with a practical, business-oriented mindset
- Proactive, result-driven, and highly adaptable personality
Working Conditions
