شرح موقعیت شغلی

Provide leadership & direction in the creation of a prioritized IT road map, estimates, project plans, critical path analysis, testing processes, & milestone reviews. Work collaboratively w/ internal/external stakeholders to derive decisions related to the requirements for successful project completion. Demonstrate the ability to manage performance indicators, outcomes & deliver projects w/in scope and on time.
 
 As a working IT SCRUM Master, directly contribute to team work efforts by performing 'hands-on' activities such as gathering, developing, analyzing and documenting requirements from business process designs and flowcharts. Creating test plans, conditions, test scripts, test cases as well as other business analyst work to successfully implement IT projects. Plan & manage multiple middle to medium-sized complex projects by utilizing the PMI knowledge areas, best practices & process groups.
 
 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge about Agile techniques; User stories, Continuous integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games
  • Proficient with Agile processes; story sizing, backlog management
  • Working knowledge of (Scrum, Kanban etc.)
  • Working knowledge of virtual scrum teams.
  • Author epics, features, stories, acceptance criteria and manage the feedback/intake pipeline
  • Experience in project forecasting and preparing metric reports
  • Moderate to expert-level knowledge of JIRA or other agile tools to measure team productivity and report metrics
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills in English
  • Has strong communication skills and is fluent in English
  • Demonstrated ability to balance, prioritize and organize multiple tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in teams and across organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships inside and outside the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and write technical documentation
  • Demonstrated ability in leading team(s) to design solutions for clients
 Background Experience
Required:

  • 3 years project management as a Scrum Master
  • Previous Scrum master experience for a software development team
  • Relevant Agile training and SCRUM certifications - Releases Planning, User Stories, Backlog Management, JAD sessions, Scrums of Scrums, Continuous integration, Automated Testing
 Education
Master's degree in a closely-related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
