استخدام QA Specialist

شرح موقعیت شغلی

Our team at Rastava is looking to make a new addition to its family. If you're a QA engineer who can speak fluent English and communicate with English-speaking team members, then you've come to the right place. You'll get a chance to work on international projects and with remote team members joining in from all around the world.

As a quality assurance engineer, you'll get a chance to make a significant impact on the quality and reliability of our products.

Responsibilities:

  • The role is hands-on
  • Test new features on different test levels (integration, system, functional, regression, exploratory testing)
  • Understanding of business requirements and developing automated test scenarios and cases
  • Write test plans with schedules and dependencies
  • Experience with carrying out performance testing is a plus
  • Plan and perform manual & automated tests
  • Ensure we deliver quality solutions during the whole project development cycle.
  • Conducting test plans
  • Produce defect metrics and reporting on the full QA process.
  • Ensure automated tests for front-end components of our web solutions and native/hybrid mobile apps (iOS & Android) with industry standard testing tools and scripting languages.
  • Meeting with clients: defect prioritization and triage
  • Participating in defining internal QA goals (evaluation of new tools, setting up new process for performance testing, creating/updating/delivering training to new hires).
Requirements

  • Fluency in English
  • Understanding and experience of Agile.
  • Act as a mediator between the business and the technical teams
  • Understanding of continuous integration with end to end automated testing on web and mobile.
  • Experience in web and mobile (iOS and Android) test automation.
  • Knowledge of Java and JavaScript.
  • Experience with Jenkins and version control systems (SVN/Git).
  • Knowledge and application experience with exploratory testing
  • Presentation and communication skills
  • Have a proactive approach allowing you to be self-providing, and quick learner able to mitigate impediments
  • Self-directed learner & problem solver
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Considered an Asset:

  • Previous Backbase backend experience
  • Exposure and experience with programming; Java & JavaScript
  • Bachelor’s Degree
