استخدام Senior Product Designer (مشهد)

شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are an innovative and rapidly growing startup seeking a motivated and highly skilled Product Designer to join our dynamic team. This person would be responsible for defining the product roadmap and shaping and enhancing our platform's user experience. You will work with a diverse team of designers, engineers, operations leaders, and more, to solve complex problems in simple ways. We want to hear from you if you are passionate about creating visually stunning and intuitive designs. 



Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a strategic vision for product design at our company, in alignment with the company's overall business objectives.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, and engineering to ensure that products are designed with a user-centric approach.


- Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve product quality and user experience.


- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and translate product requirements into design solutions.


- Ensure that products are designed with accessibility and inclusivity in mind.


- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product design to inform decision-making and strategy development.


- Work closely with the UX Research team to gather insights and feedback from users to inform design decisions.


- Collaborate with the Content Strategy team to ensure that content is designed in a way that supports user experience


Job Requirements

- At least 4 years of experience in product design, with a proven track record of delivering successful products.


- Expert in mobile application design.


- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and research/analytics tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, etc.


- Experience working in an e-commerce or retail environment is preferred.


- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex design concepts to stakeholders.


- Passion for innovation and a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product design.
