Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain the front-end panel used by physicians and clinical staff, translating complex clinical workflows into intuitive UI components.
Collaborate with product, design, backend, and AI/ML teams to define and implement features supporting physician workflows.
Build reusable, high-quality React components, state-management architectures, and libraries that support future scalability.
Integrate the front end with RESTful APIs and real-time data streams (event-based or streaming protocols).
Ensure responsiveness, cross-browser/device compatibility, performance optimization, and WCAG-compliant accessibility.
Contribute to the front-end roadmap by recommending UI/UX improvements, adopting modern React/JavaScript best practices, and maintaining documentation.
Work in a regulated healthcare environment, aligning UI development with data security, privacy (HIPAA-like standards), and clinical usability.

Requirements:

Good knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and modern front-end tooling, including practical experience with Tailwind CSS.
Experience using React.
Comfortable working with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand) and data-fetching tools (e.g., TanStack Query).
Familiar with form and validation libraries (e.g., Zod, React Hook Form).
Ability to work with bilingual UIs (RTL/LTR), healthcare-sensitive data, and convert clinical workflows into usable interfaces
Comfortable using Git and common Git workflows

Nice to Have:

Experience with full-stack development (Node.js, microservices) for better front-end/backend collaboration.
Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
Experience building real-time dashboards or healthcare-related UI systems.
