Job Description Summary
The ideal candidate will have a degree with focus on speech processing, signals, or a related field and will have experience in speech recognition. We are looking for candidates with machine learning and deep learning background, in the field of Speech/audio and natural language processing, who are excited to develop speech recognition capabilities tailored to client needs.
Key Responsibilities
You will work with a team of AI engineers tackling real-world problems involving Fakour Artificial Intelligence initiatives. Your main task is to develop the main part of the speech-to-text component of an English and Persian chat bot application. Design, develop and implement novel deep learning/machine learning algorithms and audio/signal processing for automatic speech recognition, text-to-speech, speech-to-text, and natural language understanding and generation.
Knowledge and Skills
· Responsible for the research and development of algorithms for speech recognition, signal processing, such as pre-processing of speech, training of acoustic model and language model, optimization of decoder, etc.
· Experience working on speech-to-text and text-to-speech API
· Familiar with the recent advance in the field of speech recognition, e.g., mainstream algorithms related to acoustic and language models
· Experience with building models on speech or acoustic datasets
· Experience on speaker recognition
· Experience in machine learning (Deep learning, classical machine learning …)
· Proficiency in a Deep learning library (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
· Proficiency in scientific programming languages Python
· Experience with implementing, evaluating and end-to-end prototypical
