Skill Requirements:

1. AWS Deployment and Services

●  Expertise in AWS Services: Deep understanding and hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, Load Balancer, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS, and Lambda.

●  Scalable Architecture Design: Proven ability to design and implement scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems on AWS.

● Cost Optimization: Experience in managing and optimizing AWS costs through effective resource utilization and budgeting.

2. Cloud Infrastructure Management and Automation

● Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Proficiency in using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools to define and manage cloud infrastructure.

●   Automation Tools: Experience with automation tools and frameworks to streamline cloud operations and deployments.

3. Security, Identity, and Compliance

● IAM Policies: Strong knowledge of AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM) to secure cloud resources.

● Compliance Standards: Familiarity with compliance frameworks and the ability to implement necessary controls within AWS environments.

4. Containerization and Orchestration

● Docker: Extensive experience with Docker for containerizing applications.

●Kubernetes: Proficiency in deploying and managing applications using Kubernetes on AWS (e.g., EKS).

5. CI/CD Pipeline Implementation

● Pipeline Design: Experience in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or AWS CodePipeline.

● Continuous Deployment: Ability to integrate automated testing and deployment processes to ensure reliable and efficient releases.

6. Scripting Skills

● Python and Bash: Strong scripting abilities in Python and Bash for automation and system management tasks.

● Script Development: Ability to develop, maintain, and optimize scripts to enhance infrastructure performance and reliability.

7. Cloud Deployment Blueprints

● Blueprint Management: Experience in creating and managing cloud deployment blueprints to standardize infrastructure deployments.

● Best Practices: Ensuring deployment blueprints follow industry best practices and organizational standards.

8. Project Leadership & Management

● Technical Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

● Agile Methodologies: Strong skills in managing projects using Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.

● Stakeholder Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

9. Python Programming

● Advanced Python Skills: Proficiency in Python programming to collaborate effectively with senior Python developers.
