We are looking for a talented and experienced Mid-Level Product Designer to join our small but dynamic team in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product design, with a focus on creating user-friendly and creative products that meet the needs of representatives of this industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop design concepts: Create initial sketches, models, and prototypes to visualize design ideas, focusing on usability and compliance.
- Collaborate with teams: Work closely with engineers, industry experts, and product managers to ensure the feasibility and practicality of product designs.
- Use design software: Utilize tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Illustrator to create precise technical drawings and specifications.
- Deliver product needs: Understand current design trends, industry regulations, and competitor products as well as answer clients' needs.
- Test and iterate designs: Use models, prototypes, and feedback from testing to refine product designs, ensuring they meet safety and efficacy standards.
- Document processes: Keep detailed records of design processes, iterations, and final specifications for regulatory submissions and future reference.
Requirements
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in product design, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Skills: Proficiency in Sketch Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design tools. Strong understanding of design principles and user-centered design.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with 3D modeling software.
- Experience with logo designing
