Job Overview:
Charsoq is looking for an experienced Back-End Developer who is passionate about building scalable, high-performance web applications using Python and Django. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust, efficient, and secure backend systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Backend Development: Design and develop scalable, high-performance backend systems using Python and Django.
  • Feature Development: Work closely with product and engineering teams to define, develop, and deploy new features.
  • Code Optimization: Refactor and optimize existing code to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Code Quality: Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Mentorship & Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers.
  • Troubleshooting & Debugging: Identify and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in backend development.
Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Back-End Developer with expertise in Python and Django.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, object-oriented programming, and design patterns.
  • Experience in microservices architecture and its implementation.
  • Proficiency in relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM libraries (e.g., Django ORM).
  • Experience with RESTful API design and implementation.
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and best practices in version control.
  • Hands-on experience with containerization technologies like Docker.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
